Hi, 'm Crystal!! I've been a cosmetologist for 16 years my specialties are custom coloring services such as.... Fantasy/vivid hair colors, high-lighting / low-lighting, balayage/ombré services, hair tattoos, extensions, etc. All new client appointments will require a non-refundable deposit. I do not charge a late fee. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and( have not ) contacted me you are considered a no-show and will be charged to 75% fee for your appointment. I do not offer refunds. however, Clients have a 3-day grace period to contact me and I will gladly change or fix anything they are not satisfied with. Cancellation Policy
There will be a 50% fee for any no-shows or cancelations within 24 notice hours of the scheduled appointment. you will be charged 100% fee for cancellations or no-shows the day of scheduled appointment
